Antispam can now take an extra parameter at the end which is the time of the mute. It will be ignored if punishment type isn't mute

.antispam should now update when you use it with new parameters. Use no parameters to disable it if it exists, or run it with default values if it doesn't

Nunchi is much more fair and forgiving now. There are 5 seconds delays between rounds, and only one player can fail per round (multiple users can still get booted if they're inactive)
